    Learning Outcomes
    1-Evaluates foreign policy of the USSR during the civil war, inter-war period, Second World War and Cold War.
    2-Evaluates domestic, regional and international dynamics which determine foreign policy of the USSR.
    3-Evaluates foreign policy of the Russian Federation during the periods of Yeltsin, Medvedev and Putin.
    4-Evaluates domestic, regional and international dynamics which determine foreign policy of the Russian Federation.

    Goals The aim of this course is to evaluate Moscow`s foreign policy during the USSR period and after the dissolution of the USSR within the context of international, regional and domestic dynamics.
    Content Soviet foreign policy during civil war, inter-war period, Second World War and Cold War and the Russian Federation`s foreign policy during the periods of Yeltsin, Medvedev and Putin in the post-Cold War era are evaluated in this course.
