The mission of the Child Development Program is to train professionals absorbed the concepts and principles related to the field, based on universal science and education in the field of child development and education, can combine theoretical knowledge with practice, can fulfill the professional requirements of their profession, prepares the necessary environments, ability to provide education such as music painting, drama, gymnastics as well as education for the holistic development of children, contributing to increasing the education and life quality of children of the age population, practitioner in the field of child development and education, offering creative and developmental child development and education, and capable of working in institutions and organizations

To raise individuals who have sufficient infrastructure in the field of Child and Youth services and can interpret and evaluate data and develop solutions to problems using the basic knowledge and skills they have acquired. To train professional staff who is able to use effectively by determining the methods, technical services and technologies required for applications related to the field, able to produce solutions to unforeseen problems encountered in applications, have ability to take responsibility in working groups or to work individually, able to communicate effectively, is tolerant, patient and has a foreign language knowledge to follow the innovations in the field. Also; to raise individuals having universal, cultural values, professional ethical competence and awareness, follow the sectoral developments in science and technology with the awareness of lifelong learning in the individual and professional field and constantly renews itself, have knowledge, skills, competence and awareness of safety, health and environmental protection measures.
