The major objective of the program is to raise up individuals with management qualifications who will serve at public institutions and organizations, public professional organizations, private sector and civil society organizations; who have theoretical and practical knowledge in the areas of administrative sciences, law, politics, urbanization and environmental problems; who can practice the talents of multi-faceted thinking, accurate decision making and effective communication; who follow the national and international developments and new technologies relevant to their job and able to use them effectively; prone to teamwork, research-oriented, progressive and solution oriented.
