    Learning Outcomes
    1-Explains the basic concepts and idioms related to electrical network and facilities.
    2-Explains what short circuit and line contact are.
    3-Defines the consumer facility. Understands the meaning of business and intermediary. Defines fixed and mobile operating vehicle. Explains the star point. Recognizes phase, neutral, middle, zero and protection conductor. Recognizes switch, auto switch, power switch and breaker.
    4-Explains situations where electric current can cause life and fire hazards. Explain the effects of electric current on human. Explains the effects of current on nerves and muscles.
    5-Explains what the voltage against the ground and the grounding voltage are. Defines current circuit. Explains the ground, grounding, grounding, reference ground, grounding facility.
