To be able to recognize the methods of obtaining electrical energy, to comprehend the types, working principles and operating characteristics of power plants where large-scale production is carried out. 2. To be able to comprehend the principles of transmission and distribution, which provides the transfer of electrical energy from the power plant to the consumer. 3. To be able to comprehend the information about the construction of transmission or distribution overhead lines and underground networks.
