Goals
|
To teach the importance of mathematics in the professional sense, to gain the competence to apply the mathematical knowledge and skills required for the profession. To provide the necessary mathematical background to improve the ability to process, to make comments, to complete the associate degree program and to better understand the numerical subjects in other vocational courses.

Natural numbers, whole and rational numbers. Arithmetic and algebraic operations. Exponential and radical numbers, absolute value. First and second order equations with an unknown. Functions, dependent and independent variables, finding images, four operations in functions, composite and inverse functions, drawing graphs of first and second order functions. Trigonometric ratios, sine and cosine theorems, plotting sine and cosine functions. Exponential and logarithmic functions and graph plots. Complex numbers, four operations of complex numbers, writing in polar form.
