    Goals At the end of this course;students learn basic concepts about human resources management, defining staff,staff planning,work development;work evaluation, defining pays; division of labour in organizational structure and specialization;staff communication motivation and leadership;working principles;rights of staff,work security.
    Content 1) Human resources management functions, development and define policy. 2) Personel and choose to provide, personnel mobility, explains the concept of organizational socialization and career.
