    1 Basic physics of Penetrant testing, surface stress, cohesion and adhesion, materials used in tests. R1 SR1
    2 Leakage testing, advantage and disadvantage of this test. R1 SR1
    3 Basic physics and logic of magnetic particular inspection, methods of magnetisitions, permenent and continuous methods. R1 SR1
    4 Wet and dry methods, equipments used, advantages and disadvantages of inspection. R1 SR1
    5 Formation of eddy-currents, induction in transformator. R1 SR1
    6 Right-hand rule (lens law), operating frequency, skin effect. R1 SR1
    7 Coil systems in test, lift-off factor, advantages of test. R1 SR1
    8 Basic physics of infrared testing, electromagnetic spectrum family, Steffan –Boltzman law. R1 SR1
    9 Ray sensors, radiation pyrometers, limitations and superiorities of test R1 SR1

    1 Has the basic Mathematics and Science knowldege. 2
    2 Can comprehend the machine drawing, and draw the pictures of machine elements in accordancance with the rules both traditionally and on computer. -
    3 Knows and applies machining and metal forming methods. Uses the the benches that are used in machining and metal forming. -
    4 Can make measurement and quality control in the field of machine. -
    5 Recongnizes the material, knows thermal process and selects the proper material for manufacturing. 2
    6 Processes the materials with cutting tools and in accordance with the cutting variables with the proper speed and feed rate. -
    7 Designs the machine materials with a computer and forms the programme for computer controlled bench and processes. -
    8 Knows the materials and symbols used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Makes a hydraulic and pneumatic circuit design. -
    9 Uses computer, prepares prepsentations and forms database files. -
    10 Can calculate the strength of the materials according to the static and dynamic variables. -
    11 Uses computerized drawing, design and manufacturing programmes related to the his/her vocation. -
    12 Recognizes the tools of position, velocity, pressure, force used in the machine industry and explains the working systems of them. -
    13 Knows the basic principles of management and communication techniques and laws of work. -
    14 Plans the manufacturing, prepares the process cards, distributes the responsibilities and controls. -
    15 Follows the developments related to the manufaturing higher technicians. -
