Goals
|
At the end of this course, the student will learn the definition and basic concepts of law, understand the place and importance of law in social life, foresee possible legal sanctions when s/he disobeys law, learn which branch of law his/her problems may be concerned with and where to apply, learn about the sources of law, know about his/her rights, improve his/her skills to use his/her rights as a citizen.

The concept of law, legal systems, the requirements of law, relationship with other social rules, and types of sanctions. Public law - Private law distinction, branches of law within the framework of this distinction and examine iss ues, Turkish judicial system, judicial institutions and types of cases (actio), Legal event, jural relations, legal actions, rights, classification and protection of rights, a review of civil law issues, Free accountancy and financial consultancy legislation.
