    Goals To be able to recognize the secretarial profession in general terms, secretarial types, to learn the duties and responsibilities, know the characteristics of the secretary, to be able to comprehend the professional qualities of the secretary, know the duties of the secretary in general, office stewardess, comprehend the rules of courtesy and etiquette.
