    Goals The aim of this course is to introduce students to the basic concepts and institutions of law and to provide them with information about the content of the concepts they encounter both in contemporary life and in various parts of their education. On the other hand, it aims to prepare the infrastructure of the law courses they will take in the following periods.
    Content Definition of law, the importance and principles of law in our social life, rules, information about other social order rules that regulate social life, sections of law and branches of law, types of law, application and interpretation of law rules and issues of Turkish judicial system; Turkish positive law and its problems; the application of law from various aspects; right; rights and the beginning and termination of personality, rights and actions of real persons, personality rights and ways of protection, responsibility and responsibility.
