    Goals Understanding of economic life, understanding the economic concepts used in daily life  and to learn rationality in economic decision processes To gain general information about National Income, Money, International Economic Activities, Growth, Economic Thought and Systems.
    Content Basic concepts of economics (definition, need, benefit, value, productivity, scarcity, opportunity cost) Basic concepts of economics (goods and services, production factors), Economic analysis and classification of economics (concepts of macro and micro economics), Goals of economy, Demand concept (law, definition, table, function, etc.), Demand concept (Demand factors and price elasticity), Supply (definition, law, table, function, etc.), Supply (Factors affecting supply and price elasticity) , Market balance, National income - Economic activity flow, Factors affecting national income, Money, Inflation, Employment and unemployment.
