    Goals The aim of the course is to provide the students with the ability to read and write effectively and to have effective listening skills.
    Content It includes all the rules that must be known and followed in order to be able to speak successfully and effectively. Students gain the skills of using Turkish properly and pronunciation. Gains the ability to speak prepared and unprepared in the community.
