    Dersin Amacı The aim of the course is to investigate the basis of decisions taken by International Law in order to protect human life and rights, which is one of the most important values of International Society, to learn the reasons of the use of force and ban of the use of force, to give basic information about the use of force in general and to give information about the laws and decision-making of use of force of supranational organizations like UN, NATO that they have taken.
    Dersin İçeriği The issues identified to provide information on international law rules related to the rules of use of force, the use and definition of force, the United Nations` decisions and practices concerning the use of Force, and the use of force within the scope of the war and war ban.
