Goals
|
This course covers basic legislation related to Local Administrations and current problems arising from this legislation as well as the structural changes and transformations to remedy these. The authority and responsibilities of the organizational structures within the local administration system in Turkey, democracy and autonomy in local administrations will be discussed.
