    Learning Outcomes
    1-Understands what globalization means in political, economic, social and cultural fields
    2-Knows the type of relationship that Turkey has with global norms and institutions and the changes that it has experienced
    3-Can distinguish between positive and negative actors of globalization in Turkey (Those who are for and against it)
    4-Can identify the roles played by the most important actors of globalization in the world, the U.S., EU, UN and other states and organizations in the process
    5-Knows the reasons why the Turkish religious right displays an increasingly greater degree of understanding and cooperation with such global norms and processes as democracy, human rights, rule of law, secularism, free market economy and so on and so forth

    1 Acquiring the basic concepts and field information on public administration in national and international level, law, politics, sociology, urbanization and environmental issues and to be able to follow the recent development in these areas. 5

    3 Having the basic information on funtioning rules of relations between individuals and communities. 4
