    Goals Bureaucracy is a phenomenon both in public and private sectors. The objective of this course is to examine this phenomenon both theoretically and practically , analysing the problems of modern organisations, interpreting the power relations between bureaucracy and other political institutions and discussing possible solutions for the unfavorableness caused by bureaucracy.

    1 Acquiring the basic concepts and field information on public administration in national and international level, law, politics, sociology, urbanization and environmental issues and to be able to follow the recent development in these areas. 4
    2 Having the ability to use the political science and public administration related information in political and administrative fields; and using these for determining, defining and formulasing, solving current, local and global issues. 4
    3 Having the basic information on funtioning rules of relations between individuals and communities. -
