Goals
|
It is the aim of the course to educate students about the initial provisions of the Civil Code, personal law, inheritance law and property law and to ensure that they are competent in these matters.

|
Basic concepts, sources, personal law, property law (possession, land registry, property, limited real rights) are explained.
