    Goals The aim of the course is to convey the basic concepts of administrative law and the duties, functioning and obligations of the administration, to give information about the structure of the Turkish Administrative Organization, to increase the reasoning ability of the students by using the examples encountered in practice in the resolution of administrative disputes.
    Content The birth of administrative law, its features, general principles of administrative law, administrative procedures, administrative organization structure, public service, methods of public acquisition, public officials.
