    Goals The Local Administrations II Course covers the duties and income of local administrations and the local administration system in Turkey. The Province Special Administration, Bank of Provinces the Development Agency will be issues covered in this course. Students will learn about the restructuring taking place in the field of local administrations and the financial structures of local administrations of various scales. Further, within the theory of Local Administrations, the course will include the transformation of local administration policies in Turkey and the world based on current cases as well as compare participation and democracy processes.
    Content The Local Administrations II Course covers the duties and income of local administrations and the local administration system in Turkey. The Province Special Administration, Bank of Provinces the Development Agency will be issues covered in this course.     1 Acquiring the basic concepts and field information on public administration in national and international level, law, politics, sociology, urbanization and environmental issues and to be able to follow the recent development in these areas. 3
    2 Having the ability to use the political science and public administration related information in political and administrative fields; and using these for determining, defining and formulasing, solving current, local and global issues. 4
    3 Having the basic information on funtioning rules of relations between individuals and communities. -
    4 Having the ability to do researches relateed to the political science and public administration and choosing the right decision making techniques, analitic approaches and applying these. 2
