Goals
|
It is aimed that the student will have knowledge about the basic concepts, resources, administrative cases, the functioning of the administrative judiciary, legal remedies and the implementation of court decisions.

Content
|
In this course, the structure and constitutional scope of the Turkish administrative judiciary system, the purpose of judicial review, the basic principles of judicial review systems, the legal remedies and appeal procedure against the decisions of the first instance courts, the annulment and full remedy cases are examined.
