    Goals Our aim; To draw a conceptual and theoretical framework about the elections, to determine the relations of electoral systems with democratic culture, constitutional order and political parties, to determine the principles of democratic election, to examine the relations between electoral systems and representation levels and to make a panoramic assessment about the general elections made in our country.
