Teaching about the philosophical views put forward on relations between religion and politics, grasping the historical course of relationship between religion and politics, tracing the emergence of the idea of secularism as a part of political modernization, teaching the formation and evolution of Turkish secularism, investigating different applications of secularism in the World, analyzing the supporters and opponents of secularism in the Turkey.
