Goals
|
This course focuses on the security issues at a theoretical and conceptual framework and examines the risk and threat factors for the concept of ?public security?. In this context, the aim of this course is to introduce students the legal, administrative, political, economic, organizational and other public policies applied by states to provide public order and security that is regarded as the indispensable mission of a state that includes ensuring security of individual citiziens, society in general and even state?s itself.
