Goals
|
Bureaucracy is a phenomenon both in public and private sectors. The objective of this course is to examine this phenomenon both theoretically and practically , analysing the problems of modern organisations, interpreting the power relations between bureaucracy and other political institutions and discussing possible solutions for the unfavorableness caused by bureaucracy.
