    1 Students learn to gain theoretical knowledge to be able to analyze the working lives with social, psychological and legal dimensions and to interrelate with the other branches of science. 3
    2 Students learn to gain an advanced level of theoretical knowledge of social policy, labor law, industrial psychology, sociology of work and working relationships. 4
    3 Students learn to contribute to the problems of working relationships in a global and societal framework especially in the social policy frame work, occupational health and human resources. 4
    4 Students learn to identify the basic problems related to working relationships and develop the ability to model and solve. 5
    5 Students learn to interpret unemployment and employment problems with other relevant branches of science; determining stakeholders; and gain analytical thought and perspective with regards to finding solutions and implementations. 5
    6 Students learn to analyze the social policy at national and international levels; take part in decision making positions in institutions such as the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Turkish Employment Agencies (ISKUR), State Planning Organizations (DPT), European Union (EU), United Nations (UN), International Labor Organization (ILO), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), creating public policies, and establishing inter-political relations. 3
