    Goals It is to analyze the impacts of Turkish states and tribes on the social and political formation of Eastern Europe.
    Content The political, social, administrative, fiscal, military and cultural stuctures of several such states as Kipchaks, Golden Horde, Kazan, Sibir, Astrakhan and Crimean states which were established in the region from the beginning of 12th century to 17th century.
