    Content The developments in Europe after the French Revolution; the periods of Selim the Third and Mahmoud the Second; developments in the fields of institutional, education and legal developments; Young Ottomans; Young Turks; Monarchy; Constitutional Monarchy; Meclis-ı Mebusan; Ayan; the Committee of Union and Progress Party; the ruling and opposition; ideologies of Second Constitutional period; the heritage from Ottoman Empire; the formation of new nation in the fields of language and history studies.
