    Goals The course is an introduction to test theory. To introduce the concepts of measurement and evaluation and measurement methods, to gain test preparation skills and to be able to interpret test results in a correct way.
    Content Importance of measurement and evaluation in education. Basic concepts. Qualifications required in a measuring instrument. Measurement tools used in education. Types of evaluation based on performance. Test types. Test development. Measuring behavior and writing questions. Evaluation and grading. Statistical calculations on test scores.
