Goals
|
The aim of this course is to introduce spice plants and stimulant plants and also to explain evaluation methods.

Introducing the active ingredients of plants some important spice (cinnamon, black pepper, black seed etc.) and stimulant (tobacco, poppy, tea, hops, anise etc.) and teaching the evaluation methods of these plants
