Goals	The aim of the course is to enable students to know laboratory materials and devices and learn their usage and to improve their ability to make experiments.
Content	Introduction to the course: introduction, objectives and learning objectives; Basic calculations in laboratory; Basic laboratory equipment and devices; Basic concepts in laboratory; Chemical preparation; Cleaning of laboratory equipment; Fixation, washing and embedding; Sectioning and microtome; Deparaffinization; Painting process; Microscopes and their usage; Storing samples; Sources of error in analysis; Laboratory safety and cleaning.
