    1 Introduction to the course; Entry, purpose and learning objectives
    2 Introduction to clinical microbiology, concept of infection
    3 Infection and transmission routes, microbe-host interactions, normal microbial flora
    4 Aerobic Gram positive cocci (Staphylococcus aureus, beta hemolytic streptococci, Streptococcus pneumoniae, viridans streptococci, Enterococcus)
    5 Aerobic Gram positive bacilli (Bacillus anthracis and Bacillus cereus, Listeria monocytogenes, Corynebacterium diphteria)
    6 Acid-resistant bacteria (Mycobacterium tuberculosis ve Mycobacterium lepra)
