Goals
|
The aim of this course is to provide the students with general knowledge about microbiology laboratory rules, laboratory devices, to prepare the media by applying sterilization methods, to take the appropriate sample, to prepare the preparation and to gain the ability to cultivation the media.

Microbiology laboratory rules, microscope usage, preparation, staining methods, sterilization and disinfection methods, media preparation, bacterial cultivation, isolation methods, identification of bacteria, antibiotic resistance tests, evaluation and interpretation.
