Goals
|
Basic principles and concepts of labor law, establishment and types of employment contract, debts arising from employment contract, occupational health and safety, regulation of work, termination of employment contract and its consequences are taught. Teaching the basic principles and concepts of Social Security Law, institutional structure, social security financing, short-term insurance benefits.

The subject of labor law, its qualifications, sources of labor law, basic concepts, the concept of service contract, its qualities and types, the conclusion of the service contract, the rights and obligations of the employee and the employer, the arrangement of the work, paid vacations, employee and employer relations, the characteristics of collective bargaining agreements, collective bargaining agreements. business dispute and the concept of collective labor dispute, resolution of this dispute, the concept of strike and lockout. Social risks that individuals may be exposed to, social security system and Turkey practices.
