Goals

It is aimed to teach the professional terminology used in accommodation, transportation, travel and food and beverage sectors, which are the basic components of tourism, on theoretical and digital basis.

The course content consists of accommodation businesses and their types, services offered by accommodation businesses, what to do in an emergency, restaurant terminology, cooking techniques and speaking, reading, listening and writing about customer complaints.
