    1-Draws conclusions by interpreting basic information about the Roman Law of Obligations.

    3-Evaluates obligations and Contracts System in Roman Law
    4-Evaluates "tortious act" and "liability" in Roman Law.
    5-Evaluates the discharge of contracts in Roman law.
