Learning Outcomes	1-Defines the basic concepts of property law and the principles that govern the property law 2-Analyzes how movable and immovable property is acquired, scope thereof and reasons for termination 3-Determines which property law rules will be applied to the legal relationship 4-Explains the land registry system and the principles that govern this system 5-Compares (and contrasts) similar and different aspects of limited real rights with each other 6-Raises awareness of the historical development of concepts and their transfer to the present day
