    Goals To introduce the principles of negotiable instruments and insurance law at the undergraduate level.
    Content Negotiable instrument, its features and types, endorsements and its types, concept of insurance, characteristics of insurance contracts, auditing of insurance companies, formation of the insurance contracts, rights and duties of the insurer, rights and duties of the insured, termination of insurance agreements, compensation, and subrogation of the insurer.
