    Goals To examine the types and provisions of contracts in Roman Law and to compare them with contemporary law.
    Content Obligatio in Roman Law. Verbal, litteris, real and consensual contracts in Roman Law. Loan for consumption, loan for use, pledge, deposit, sale, locatio conductio (hiring, work, employment), partnership, mandate contracts. Furthermore pactums, innominate contracts and quasi contracts.
