    Learning Outcomes
    1-Analyzes the emergence and development phases of Islamic law.
    2-Creates a conceptual framework for Islamic law.
    3-Analyzes the systematics, literature, terminology of Islamic Law and its differences with other legal systems.
    4-Interpret some institutions and understandings in Islamic law.
    5-Recognizes the concepts, institutions and regulations related to different regulatory areas of Islamic law.

    Goals To provide a general perspective on the emergence, development, systematics, literature, terminology and relationship with other legal systems of Islamic law and to give introductory information about the basic subjects of Islamic law.
    Content Learning the conceptual analysis of Islamic law, comparison with other legal systems, purpose and systematics, Islamic law schools, legalization movements and Mecelle, sources of Islamic law, obligations of the mükellef, change of provisions in Islamic law, general principles of public, judicial, criminal, criminal, debts, property and family law.
