    Goals To evaluate the legal basis for permits issued by the Forest Law No. 6831 and to evaluate effects of those permits on nature and forests by considering the concept of the public interest. Doing by so,it will reveal the essentiality of the need or priority.
    Content Permissions are taken on State forests in the name of public interest via the articles: 16., 17., 18., and 57. of 6831 numbered Forest Law. The development, result, and legal background of the permits which, from time to time, especially in mining and energy permits are to be sensitive to public opinion, which also causes the destruction of forests and environmental areas will be focused on
