    Goals To teach the applications of X-rays in the industrial and the crystallography fields.
    Content Geometry of crystals, properties of X-rays, diffraction in crystals. - Industrial materials that can be examined by X-rays. - Basic information about X-rays, different application areas for industrial purposes (health, biotechnology, chemical materials, lithography, microelectronics, energy, environment,?). - X-ray single crystal method (XRD). X-Ray powder diffraction (XRPD). X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF). - X-Ray Scattering (SAXS, WAXS, GISAXS). - X-ray lithography method. - Absorption of X-rays (XANES, EXAFS). - X-ray topography method It will be described. Sample preparation, data collection and data evaluation stages will be examined in different methods.
