    Goals It is aimed that students comprehend the basic concepts in measurement techniques, knowledge of test theories and interpret a situation according to the results of different test theories.
    Content Basic concepts of measurement and evaluation; scale and types. Qualifications required in a measurement tool; validity and types, reliability and types. Introduction to item response theory; introduction to generalizability theory; differentiating item functioning and item bias; test equating; standard setting; introduction to scale development and adaptation.
