    1-Comments the basic concepts of measurement and evaluation.
    2-Summarizes the concepts of classical test theory, error, validity, reliability, test and item statistics.
    3-Applies the solution of a problem related to measurement and evaluation based on basic principles, concepts and theories.
    4-Defines the basic concepts about item response theory.
    5-Defines the basic concepts about generalizability theory.

    Goals It is aimed that students comprehend the basic concepts in measurement techniques, knowledge of test theories and interpret a situation according to the results of different test theories.
    Content Basic concepts of measurement and evaluation; scale and types. Qualifications required in a measurement tool; validity and types, reliability and types. Introduction to item response theory; introduction to generalizability theory; differentiating item functioning and item bias; test equating; standard setting; introduction to scale development and adaptation.
