Goals

The aim of this course is to discuss with the theoretical frameworks of sociology used to examine how law shapes society and how society shapes law.

Content
|
The content of this course is to discuss the social norms regulating social behavior, fashion, tradition, custom, and the place of informal norms in the sources and forms of socialization, and the official norms are to investigate their compatibility with the written and sanctioned rules regulated by the state organs and to discuss their social importance.
